Day 01:   Arrive in Delhi  (Room Only)

Today, arrive Delhi, the capital city of India. After a traditional Indian welcome, you will be escorted to your hotel for 2 nights stay

 

Day 02: Day in Delhi(Room + Breakfast)

This morning enjoy the day discovering Delhi, pacing through the city which is as historic as modern, like 2 sides of the same coin! Enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, which includes a visit to Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India; a rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk, ‘silver street’, one of the largest trading centers of India; drive past Red Fort, the place that marked the announcement of India’s freedom from the British Raj; visit Raj Ghat, cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi, afternoon discover the modern city of New Delhi, which includes a visit to Qutab Minar, a fine example Indo-Islamic architecture and the world’s tallest minaret; Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, the largest Sikh temple of Delhi, with a gold tomb, still in active worship; Photo stop at India Gate, the war memorial arch built in honor of the soldiers who died in the second world war; drive past President's House, Parliament House and other Government Secretariat Buildings, the most imposing features of Lutyen’s Delhi.

Day 03: Drive, Delhi / Jaipur (260 Km, 5 hours)(Room + Breakfast)

Today, after breakfast drive to Jaipur the Pink city and the capital of Rajasthan state, arrive and check in your hotel.

Day 04:  Day in Jaipur (Room + Breakfast)

This morning after a early breakfast leave from hotel to visit  Amber fort, a fine example of  Hindu and Muslim architecture and ornamentation, built in the 16th century. To reach the fort, you may choose to walk, drive or take an 

Elephant ride. This afternoon, visit the City Palace and Jantar Mantar, the largest astronomical observatory built in stone. Also drive past Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), a fine five storied building in the main street of the old city with sandstone windows.

Day 05:  Drive, Jaipur / Fatehpur Sikri / Agra (Room + Breakfast)

After breakfast, embark on your drive to Agra, city of the world famous Taj Mahal.

En route to Agra, make a brief stop to visit Fatehpur Sikri, the red sandstone Mughal palatial complex. Within the complex lies a mosque built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar and dedicated to Sheikh Salim Chisti, a Muslim Sufi Saint who blessed Emperor Akbar with a son.

Arrive in Agra and check in your hotel.

Day 06:   Day in Agra(Room + Breakfast)

Visit Taj Mahal at sunrise. Return to hotel. After breakfast visit the Agra fort, lying across the River Yamuna, built in red sandstone with magnificent palaces, halls of public and private audience and beautiful gardens. Also visit Itmad Ud Daulah - The Tomb was constructed by the Mughal queen Nur Jahan. This beautiful tomb situated on the banks of the Yamuna is also known as the 'baby Taj'. Built around 1625 AD, the Itimad Ud Daula Tomb, has many features that were later incorporated during the construction of the Taj Mahal.

Day 07: Drive, Agra / Delhi, Fly to Varanasi  (Room + Breakfast)

Today in time, transfer to Delhi airport to board flight to Varanasi. On arrival, check in your hotel, evening attend the Aarti ceremony at river Ganges.

Day 08: Day in Varanasi  (Room + Breakfast)

Early morning enjoy sunrise boat ride on River Ganges. Varanasi’s principle attraction is the string of bathing ghats, which line the western ghats of Ganges, enjoy boat ride at dawn. After breakfast visit the Ghats, Tulsi Manas temple, Alamgir temple, Bharat Mata temple etc. afternoon enjoy the Sarnath excursion

Day 09: FLY, Varanasi / Kathmandu (Room + Breakfast)

Today transfer to airport to board the flight for Kathmandu. On arrival, transfer to the Hotel. Evening free. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

 

Day 10: Kathmandu (Room + Breakfast)

 

Afternoon visit Patan : Durbar Square, Situated I the heart of the city, constitutes the focus of visiorts; attraction. The Square is full or ancient places, temples and shrines, noted for their exquaisite carvinge. The Patan Durbar Square consists of three main chowk an Keshar Narayan Chowk. It was listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monument List in 1979. Patan Museum:- This museum indside the Durnbar Square specializes in bronxze statues and religious objects. Krishna Mandir:- Built in 1637 AD, the temple of Lord, Krishan holds a commanding position in the palace complex of Patan, Tibetan Refugee Camp: This camp was set up in 1960 under the initiative of the International Red Cross & the Swiss Development Corporation in corporation with HMG of Nepal. Its main objective is to help the Tibetan Refugees to do something nice & support themselves & some carpet industries & handicrafts have been operating. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

 

Day 11: Kathmandu (Room + Breakfast)

 

After breakfast, half day visit Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhnath Stupa 

Pashupatinath : Situated five kilometers east of Kathmandu on the bank of sacred Bagmati river, the  stemple of lord Shiva Pashupatinath with two tiered golden roof and  silver doors is famous  for its super architecture. It is a centre of annual pilgrimage on the day of Maha Shivratri.  Entrance to the temple precinct is permitted to the Hindus only however, visitors can clearly see the temple and activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati river. 

 

Boudhanath

Boudhanath is among the largest stupas in South Asia, and it has become the focal point of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. The white mound looms thirty-six meters overhead. The stupa is located on the ancient trade route to Tibet, and Tibetan merchants rested and offered prayers here for many centuries. When refugees entered Nepal from Tibet in the 1950s, many of them decided to live around Bouddhanath. They established many gompas, and the "Little Tibet" of Nepal was born. This "Little Tibet" is still the best place in the Valley to observe Tibetan lifestyle. Monks walk about in maroon robes. Tibetans walk with prayer wheels in their hands, and the rituals of prostration are presented to the Buddha as worshippers circumambulate the stupa on their hands and knees, bowing down to their lord. Evening Free.

Day 12: Kathmandu  (Breakfast + Check out)

In time, transfer to Kathmandu airport to board flight for onward destination.
